My friend Hannah and her husband Ben own The Mandarin in Lynden, WA. I've become quite good friends with these wonderful family (and Bens' Cooking is out of this world!). I went in to get take out. I was feeling quite depressed and Hannah gave me some dried longan fruit and told me to eat two maybe three a day. I did so and (being Bi-Polar it never goes completely away, but can be quite well managed) felt better the next day. I can't tell you how many household projects I've completed there are so many! My digestive tract is "back on track" in a manner of speaking and I generally feel much better. Thank you Hannah! See you soon.
